The pearling process takes place in the milling chamber as a result
of friction caused by a series of cylindrical abrasive grinders.
The machine has an adjustable system for suction and removal of flour
which keeps the temperature in the milling chamber down so that the
breakage rate of the milled product is reduced.
A small separator is installed at the outlet of the milling chamber
and is used to separate small broken kernels in the milled product.
The pearler mod. MF-10C is compact and easy to install and adjust.
