Gravimetric table with oscillating movement for separating rice, barley, wheat, spelt, oat and pulses according to their specific weight.

The gravimetric table mod. KS-1000/2000/3000 is used to separate several different products (cereals and pulses) in the agri-food industries according to their specific weight.
The product is fed into the machine and distributed among 5 or 7 adjustable sloping trays. Thanks to its special oscillating movement the product will be divided according to its specific weight.
In cereal milling, hulled cereals are separated from coated cereals.
In pulse milling, healthy pulses are separated from rotten ones.
3 different products are discharged from the sloping separating tray:
1- hulled cereal which will be sent on to the next milling stage;
2- a mixture of hulled and coated cereal which will be recycled on the gravimetric table for subsequent classification;
3- coated cereal which will be sent for further husking.
